Returns

Please choose your items carefully as we do not automatically accept refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind or make a wrong decision. Please contact our customer service department to discuss your request.

Defective Items:

Defective items must be returned to Novelty Shop within (30) thirty days of the purchase date in order to take advantage of our Returns Policy. You can choose between an exchange, refund or credit where items are faulty, have been wrongly described, are different to the product purchased on the website or the product does not do what it is supposed to do.

For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund or credit will be offered.

How to return your item:

1. Contact the Novelty Shop Customer Service team via our email info@noveltyshop.com.au or toll free telephone number on 1300 132 161. A customer service representative will evaluate your return request, record all the necessary product return information and then provide you address details of where to send your return.

2. Send your item to the return address provided.

3. As soon as the return has been received, a replacement product will be shipped.

IMPORTANT:

The return must be received by Novelty Shop within (30) thirty days.
Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by Novelty Shop.
If you feel that your return falls outside of our policy, then you will need to contact us first on info@noveltyshop.com.au or 1300 132 161 to confirm if your return can be accepted.
If items lost in transit,please contact us withing (30) thirty days of the purchase date.
