How can I pay for my order?
We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Direct Deposit. These choices are explained in detail when you move through the shopping cart.
Is it safe to order online?
Yes. We use the latest SSL encryption technology available to protect your information by securing our site with a Verisign security certificate. You will know that your information is secure when a padlock appears in the tool bar next to our web address. We do not keep a record of your credit card details, once you have entered the details this information is securely sent to your Bank who either approve or decline the transaction in real time.
If for any reason you are still not comfortable entering your credit card details online you can choose PayPal or Direct Deposit to pay for your orders.

What if I miss my parcel or receive my items faulty?
If you don't receive your parcels in the estimated date (Please see Shipping
for more information), Please contact your local post first. We do care for every of our customers, so we always pack your parcels very carefully and dispatch them asap. If unfortunately you found your items arrived damaged or confirmed your parcels lost in transit, please contact us on firstname.lastname@example.org
