How can I pay for my order?

We accept PayPal, VISA, MasterCard, Direct Deposit. These choices are explained in detail when you move through the shopping cart.

 
Is it safe to order online?

Yes. We use the latest SSL encryption technology available to protect your information by securing our site with a Verisign security certificate. You will know that your information is secure when a padlock appears in the tool bar next to our web address.  We do not keep a record of your credit card details, once you have entered the details this information is securely sent to your Bank who either approve or decline the transaction in real time.

If for any reason you are still not comfortable entering your details online you can choose one of our other payment methods or you can always give us a shout on 1300 132 161 and we can take payment over the phone.

 
What if I want to return something?
 
We offer a 30 day money back guarantee on all of our items should they arrive faulty or damaged in transit.  Simply return them for a replacement or a refund.  If you have simply changed your mind we will consider your request and if your item is eligible for return it will be at your own cost and, we will refund you for the product only. We will dispatch (send) your order within 2-3 business days of payment and delivery timeframes are between 2 and 10 business days,please see Shipping for more information. In the event that an ordered item is not available or we are unable to fulfil your order, we will notify you within 2 business days to arrange an agreeable alternative item, a backorder or a full refund.
